I know that my redeemer lives, and that in the end he will stand on the earth.

I have served the Church of the Nazarene, locally and denominationally in various pastoral and administrative capacities for over 30 years now.  Like most pastors it all began with a sense that God was calling me to full-time vocational service.  In these years, I have planted churches, served as a District Superintendent and experienced both the highs and the lows that accompany the job. Concurrent with the pastoral experience, I have pursued educational goals that have better equipped me on several levels.  I have studied leadership, theology, management and human relations fields.

Along the journey of my life I had the privilege of earning my real estate broker’s license in Colorado, a license I currently maintain as active with the Keller Williams office in the Denver Tech Center.  In my training I was confronted over and over with this question:  What is your BIG WHY?

Naturally, my first response was theological in nature:  To know God and make Him Known.

Digging deeper, I was struck one day by a bolt of self-awareness.  My BIG WHY is fixing organizations.  In local churches, regional ministries, and even through contributions to the Church of the Nazarene on a global level, my passion has been to help organizations become healthy and productive.  To be honest, I didn’t really plan out my education.  But looking back it is obvious that even in my studies I’ve been preparing to help organizations.  And lo and behold, I’ve even contributed to fixing organizations in business and education.  I love helping organizations!  Could I be of help to your organization?
